WELCOME TO THE RYAN KISTNER FOUNDATION
Thank you for visiting the Ryan Kistner Foundation Website! We have established this website with the hope of spreading information about Ewing's Like Sarcoma, and we also hope to generate enthusiasm about raising money to fight this disease. At the same time we would like to help student athletes in our community. We plan on having 3-4 fundraisers a year to support this plan. This foundation has been established to honor our son and brother Ryan. Unfortunately, Ryan was diagnosed with Ewing's Like Sarcoma in April of 2016 and he passed away from this disease in January 2017. Ewing's Like Sarcoma is a pediatric cancer with devastating affects. This cancer is often misdiagnosed as a sports injury, and by the time a true diagnosis is made it is often too late, and the cancer has metastasized. We want to honor the enthusiasm Ryan had for life by helping other high school students pursue their college dreams, and at the same time we would like to fight the battle against Ewing's Like Sarcoma. Thank you for visiting our site. Please consider donating to our foundation. We also would like to invite you to keep checking in for updates on upcoming events and fundraisers.

Sincerely,
Robert, Katie and Brad Kistner

ABOUT OUR FOUNDATION
We Appreciate You Joining Us
The Ryan Kistner Foundation was established as a way for us to honor our son Ryan. In the course of his fight against cancer the Hesperia Unified School District community and the Snowline Joint Unified community supported our family immensely. We would like to show our appreciation by raising money each year to provide a substantial scholarship for two high school seniors. One at Oak Hills High School and one at Serrano High School. We hope to find students who will exemplify Ryan's zest for life. We will also be raising funds to support the fight against Ewing's Like Sarcoma. Since only 4 percent of the National Cancer Institute budget goes to research around childhood cancer, it is imperative that we try to help in raising funds for this fight! Please help us.
